Dry Ingredients
  1. 4 cups all-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup plus 1 teaspoon granulated sugar - heaping
  3. 1 TBSP baking powder
  4. 1 TBSP baking soda - optional
  5. 2 teaspoon coarse salt
Wet Ingredients
  1. 4 eggs
  2. 3 cups whole milk
  3. 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted, plus 1 tablespoon for pan
  4. 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Fruit
  1. 1 pint of blueberries
For Serving
  1. Confectioners' sugar - optional
  2. Maple syrup - optional
Instructions
  1. Preheat over to 425°
  2. Spray or butter 13x18 sheet pan
  3. Whisk dry ingredients and set aside
  4. Whisk wet ingredients
  5. Whisk dry ingredients into wet ingredients
  6. Pour batter into baking sheet, and add blueberries
  7. Bake at 425° for 13 minutes
  8. Let cool
  9. Add any desired toppings.
Notes
  1. Test your oven to make sure this is the correct time for your oven.
