
Sheet Pan Blueberry Pancake

Dry Ingredients
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup plus 1 teaspoon granulated sugar - heaping
- 1 TBSP baking powder
- 1 TBSP baking soda - optional
- 2 teaspoon coarse salt
Wet Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups whole milk
- 8 tablespoons (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted, plus 1 tablespoon for pan
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
Fruit
- 1 pint of blueberries
For Serving
- Confectioners' sugar - optional
- Maple syrup - optional
Instructions
- Preheat over to 425°
- Spray or butter 13x18 sheet pan
- Whisk dry ingredients and set aside
- Whisk wet ingredients
- Whisk dry ingredients into wet ingredients
- Pour batter into baking sheet, and add blueberries
- Bake at 425° for 13 minutes
- Let cool
- Add any desired toppings.
Notes
- Test your oven to make sure this is the correct time for your oven.
